EXPEDITION LEADER, MENTAL PERFORMANCE + SOMATIC LEADERSHIP FACILITATOR AND INTERNATIONAL SPEAKER
Violetta, also called Violet, has 10+ years of experience guiding and working intimately with humans helping them learn the skills to use stress as a tool for growth so that they can overcome challenges, transcend internal limitations and tap into the happiest, most relaxed and successful version of themselves. Her work is centered around redefining the paradigm of leadership and success amongst women.
Her unique approach that merges MindBody Psychology, holistic practices and the science of Mental Performance reaches thousands of women worldwide.
She has guided 1000's of humans and led over 50 transformational adventure + growth based expeditions around the world... through the tallest peaks in Peru, to the jungles of Cambodia to the hill-tribes of Thailand, to the Australian bush.
Today, Violetta supports women through private mentorship, online programs, live events and adventure based retreats.
