  4. What are my top priorities—and do they match my actions?

    • Where are you putting most of your energy, and does it align with what truly matters to you? Are you overextending yourself in areas that don’t align with your deepest desires?

  5. How do I feel under pressure?

    • When faced with high-pressure situations, do you feel calm and capable, or do you find yourself stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed? What happens to your performance and well-being in these moments?

    • How does overthinking show up for you? Is it replaying conversations, questioning decisions, or delaying actions because it never feels quite right?

    • If there were no limits, what would you go after? Now, what comes up when you think about taking that leap—fear of failure, judgment, or not being enough?

    • Imagine living without that constant inner dialogue questioning your worth or second-guessing your decisions. What would be different about your career, relationships, and personal joy?
